... Lie down or sit in a comfortable position
... Close your eyes and let your body relax completely
... Focus on your breathing … inhale … exhale … inhale ... exhale ...
... Whenever your mind wanders, gently bring your awareness back to your breath
... Then breathe a slow breath into your eyes, then your ears, the feel of body, your sense of
taste, then the touch of your breath
... Now breathe beyond your breath and enter your centre of stillness....
