What people say |
'I like Five Minute Retreats reminder that just five minutes can be beneficial. My excuse often is that since I can't devote time to change my life to a better way of living, I don't bother at all. Five minutes at a time makes it so easy.’
Marilynne Sherpa, Om Trek, Australia - Tibet
‘A most unusual but powerful day – therapeutic almost.’
Claire
‘Lachlan has the rare ability to elicit total trust which helps me to relax. His gentle manner is reassuring, and his awareness of participant's needs is excellent.’
Sebastian Hughes, lawyer, Hong Kong
'A great session of self-discovery, relaxation with a strong facilitator who truly knows how to bring out the person.’
T.L. Melbourne, Victoria
'Congratulations to you for creating a work concept that really benefits and empowers people.'
