When someone else is speaking, listen very carefully … and when you are talking, listen even more carefully to whatever you say.’

| Be creative - it's good for your wellbeing |
Being creative means more than trying your hand at painting, sketching, composing music, writing, quilting or any other creative pursuit ... it means living a creative life-style - being the artist of your own life.
Create how you want to live by relaxing and responding to your inner world - the creative energy that drives your passions - and live with passion, vitality and clarity. |

'Develop interest in life as you see it: in people, things, literature, music - the world is so rich, simply throbbing with rich treasures, beautiful souls and interesting people.'
Henry Miller, author |

| Everyone has a story |
Everyone has a story that is sacred and rich. Each story is a fabric woven from your life experiences, events, thoughts, feelings, impressions and relationships and influences how you view your life.
Everybody is a storyteller. You tell your daily experiences, your histories, your hopes and your dreams in ways that inspire or disempower you.
The stories you tell tap into your deepest needs and desires. Stories have the power to inspire. Make you laugh or cry. Offer hope. Reveal wisdoms. Bridge barriers. Heal. Cause you to reflect, rejoice. Or simply entertain.
So come, draw your chair close and listen...

The Art of Imagination, Inspiration & Engagement...
Your Wildest Dream
Everything begins with a thought. What you can imagine can happen.
Sit in a quiet place and write 'If I could live my wildest dreams...' at the top of a piece of paper.
Then finish the sentence and continue writing for five minutes without stopping or taking your hand off the page.
Don't worry about grammar, spelling or punctuation - just write whatever comes into your mind, no matter how outrageous.
Keep the written scene where you can read it often. Meditate on it.
Watch for signs of it manifesting in your outer reality.
